Hospitality Training Australia was established by Restaurant & Catering Victoria in 1998.
Restaurant & Catering Victoria is recognized as the peak industry body for restaurants, cafes, function & reception centres and caterers – industrial, corporate, function, venue and alike in Victoria.
As a member based organization, Restaurant & Catering Victoria provides a wide range of tangible services and benefits to assist operators in their business on a day to day basis.
Restaurant & Catering Victoria is a Registered Organisation of employers under the Workplace Relations Act 1996 and represents the interests of its members to all levels of government helping to shape and influence the environment within which they operate.
