Hospitality Training Australia commences new students into each of its courses on the first Monday of every month:

- 1st October 2007
This training program is delivered over a 6 month period. The student spends 1 day in off-the-job classes with 2 days in a kitchen environment (demonstration and commercial kitchens) averaging attendance of 21 hours per week.
When our students are in the commercial kitchen, they are required to complete a specified number of practical assessments. Once all assessments have been completed successfully, students are deemed ready to achieve this qualification and enter the workforce.
A Certificate II in Hospitality (Kitchen Operations) reflects the role of a food assistant.

Hospitality Training Australia Course Fees:
- $3,000 includes all course fees, enrolment, learning resources, chef outfit & knives for Australian participants only that meet the Work Skill Voucher eligibility.

- Prepare hot and cold desserts
