Brand new restaurant – bar located in the heart of Fairfield, with a contemporary feel & featuring delicious cocktails, beer on tap and exotic tapas.

We are looking for 2 experienced and talented people to work as a team and take full control of the kitchen including a good understanding of cost control and stock ordering & to bring a creative flair to food presentation and menu design.
