State of the Art Training Facilities

The A$562,000.00 dollar fit out of Hospitality Training Australia’s state of the art commercial training kitchen and restaurant is due for completion on the 22nd August 2008. The training centre is located at 112 Peel Street, North Melbourne adjacent to Melbourne’s famous Queen Victoria Market.

The centre is only a 10 minutes walk from downtown Collins Street, Melbourne and is next door to our current training kitchens that are located within the Queen Victoria Market.

Students will train on the best quality cooking equipment and be given the opportunity to work within the restaurant, either as front of house or as a cook.

Employment Opportunites

Hospitality Hire is a web site hosted by our Training Partner Restaurant & Catering Victoria and dedicated to our students so that we can help them find employment.

Restaurant & Catering Victoria has over 1000 members who are Restaurant, Cafe and Catering Businesses.

Restaurant & Catering Victoria send out regular emails to their members that point back to the Hospitality Hire website and more importantly, your Web Profile.
