Restaurant & Catering Victoria is recognized as the peak industry body for restaurants, cafes, function & reception centres and caterers – industrial, corporate, function, venue and alike in Victoria.

State of the Art Training Facilities
The A$780,000.00 dollar fit out of Hospitality Training Australia’s state of the art commercial training kitchen and restaurant was completed in 22nd January 2009. The training centre is located at 112 Peel Street, North Melbourne adjacent to Melbourne’s famous Queen Victoria Market.
The centre is only a 10 minutes walk from downtown Collins Street, Melbourne and is next door to our current training kitchens that are located within the Queen Victoria Market.
Students train on the best quality cooking equipment and work within Schon Cafe, Restaurant & Bar, either as front of house or as a cook.
