Certificate II in Hospitality (Coffee, Bar & Waiter)
Summer School
Summer School opportunity for year 9, 10, 11, 12 & Mature Age students to complete the certificates & skills needed to work in hospitality. Practical classes in Coffee Making, Bar Operations & Waiter.
You will receive Certificates in RSA, Food Safety, RSG, OH&S and Level 2 First Aid.
This course commences 6th December 2011, 3 days per week for 3 weeks before Christmas and 3 days per week for 3 weeks after Christmas.
The college closes on 23rd December 2011 and reopens 9th January 2012. The course finishes no later than 27th January 2012.
