The Fagor Cooking School is a specialist culinary training facility of Hospitality Training Australia located at 112 Peel Street, North Melbourne, 70 metres up from the Queen Victoria Market.
Daily cooking short courses are held within the state of the art commercial kitchen that cater for the cooking enthusiast.

The 3.5 hour Master Class Cook & Eat series allows our chef to train you how to cook one of their specialty dishes. Once you prepare your dish you’ll have fun tasting your creations with a glass of wine! Choose from:

Cooking Equipment is available in both 750 & 900 deep modules with a complete range of both gas & electric versions of each item. Flame failure safety devices are fitted as standard to all gas appliances.
Combi Ovens to suit every application from simple 6 tray, easy to operate units up to 40 tray, fully programmable, electronic versions with roll in and out tray cartridges and there are over 35 models to choose from!

Refrigeration units are sleek and beautifully finished in satin stainless steel. Easy to clean features such as: flush mounted handles, concealed hinges and rounded internal corners are standard inclusions, they are ideal for hot Australian conditions with 43°Celcius ambient operation.
The FAGOR head office and warehouse is based in Sydney, where they hold approx $3 Million in stock and spare parts. Fagor Australasia is a fully supported extension of the factory in Spain and therefore able to supply the entire range of products at very competitive prices.
