Hospitality Training Australia will adopt policies and management practices which maintain high professional standards in the marketing and delivery of training and also safeguard the interests and welfare of learners, staff and all stakeholders. 
 
Hospitality Training Australia will maintain a learning environment that is conducive to the success of learners.
 
Hospitality Training Australia will provide adequate facilities, and use appropriate methods and materials to deliver training.
 
Hospitality Training Australia will operate within the Principles and Standards of the VET Quality Framework.  Hospitality Training Australia commits to recognising the training qualifications issued by other Registered Training Organisations (refer to the Credit Transfer Policy)
 
Hospitality Training Australia will provide a quality service and a focus on continuous improvement.
 
Hospitality Training Australia will gather feedback from learners, staff and employers for the purpose of future improvement.
